The facilities truly stood out; the outdoor pool was an oasis of tranquility where I enjoyed sipping creative cocktails from the Gourmet Bar while basking in the sun, complemented by the gentle sounds of the river. I was equally impressed by the relaxing modern spa, providing the ideal retreat after a day of sightseeing. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, notably Tram and Giang, made my stay all the more special. Their genuine care enhanced my experience, ensuring all my needs were met, from arranging transport to the airport at the crack of dawn to providing a delightful breakfast box for my early departure. For those traveling to Danang, whether for leisure or business, the Novotel is a premier choice that captures the essence of this vibrant city with a focus on comfort and style. I'll certainly be back, as this hotel has now taken a cherished place on my list of luxurious stays.
